Simple Diet

Rules :
1. Small Portions – eat 5-6 times a day.
2. No food after 6 pm
3. No sugar ever – honey, lemon
4. Meat once a week. Fish and chicken small portions.
5. Nothing fried. Cook your meat in the foil or on the grill
6. Do not mix starches with protein, means, please , no meat and potato, or meat and rice, or meat and pasta, no meat and bread. But yes to meat and veggies!!!
7. Fruits and protein are fine
Menu
Breakfast – egg, yogurt, fruit
Lunch – grilled chicken, cooked veggies
Dinner – salad, shrimp
Apples or strawberries in between

And please please NO COKE!!!! no sugar, no boxes full of stuff no ready dinners!!! it will kill you!
