Regiment for beautiful skin

Did you know that the best you can do for your skin is to eat right? That’s where you start, eating fruits and vegetables and taking vitamins. It is important to support your skin from inside, as well as from outside.
I have extensive experience with different cosmetic lines and know a lot about vitamins, collagen, skin structure and such, without this knowledge it is impossible to advise customers with face cream choices or choices of skin care regiment. So every time I meet someone who is obviously in their 50 – 60 but looks great I always ask them about their diet and skin regiment.
What I learned:
1. Healthy eating is a key.
Fruits, vegetables, good digestion system will show on your skin. Vitamins as supplements will help to support your skin. Maybe it would not show right away, but there would be definitely a big difference on the long run. So eat three – four servings of fruits a day. Take vitamins at lunch, one multi vitamin will do it.
2. Exercise
Do you think that while you exercise you only train your body , you also doing a huge favor to your skin because every cell in your body is getting trained, fills up with oxygen and helps blood circulate better. Blood is what brings all nutrition into cells.
3. Regiment
I know that some beauticians will not agree with me, but you have to exfoliate daily. Exfoliator has to have very small beads, micro beads, and shouldn’t be very soapy. Exfoliate daily, use toner that is made for your skin type. Use concentrated serums under moisturizer, I love Lancome High Resolution serum with collaser. It is amazing and not oily, helps with fine lines and wrinkles.
