hmmm. i do agree that raw is very healthy. I eat raw most of the time and feel great. I just try not to go too crazy and restrict myself from everything. If I feel like desert once or twice a month, I eat it. I drink nut milk , it is available everywhere now, like almond milk, I eat healthy cereal. unprocessed, though… I still drink tea. with lemon, no sugar.
i eat shrimp, sometimes raw, sometimes cooked. so it is not 100% raw diet, maybe about 75%, but it feels great and gives me a lot of energy and happiness.
