PHASES OF hCG DIET

1. OPTIONAL 30DAY CLEANSING 
No sugar , no food out of the can, no soda, no chemicals, drink lots of water. Most people skip it because they are anxious to start a diet. I would recommend to do it for as many days as you wait for your shipment. If  you are not doing cleansing, relax, about 90 percent of people who use hCG don’t even know what’s phase 1.
2. READ DOCTOR SIMEON’S BOOK “POUNDS AND INCHES”

PHASE  2 HAS 3 STEPS
2.1 LOADING – 2 days
a. Use restroom. Weight yourself. Write number on the calendar. Measure yourself, write numbers on the calendar. Measure yourself once a week.
We take drops 6 times a day 6 drops at the time, while looking at the mirror. Let’s say, 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm and 10 pm or whatever your schedule is.
Drop under the tongue. Keep it under the tongue for 15 sec. Swallow.
b. Eat fatty foods: pizza with oil, butter, cream, anything oily. Not carbs, but oil. Like cake with butter cream. You can eat whatever you want but everything oily.

2.2 500 cal diet or VLCD – Very Low Calorie Diet
MINIMUM ON VLCD – 23 DAYS TO RESET HYPOTHALAMUS
MAXIMUM – 45 DAYS . IF LONGER YOU RISK YOUR BODY TO GET USED TO IT AND DIET WOULD NOT WORK


BREAKFAST
Nothing to eat, only drink. Allowed: any teas, hot, cold, green, herbal, black, coffee, no sugar.
Stevia is the only sweetener that is allowed

MAKE FOR YOURSELF A BIG TWO – THREE LITER BOTTLE OF WATER WITH LEMON IN IT AND ONE-TWO PACKS OF STEVIA AND DRINK THROUGHOUT THE DAY.














LUNCH 
3.5 oz of protein (white fish, veal, chicken breast, beef)
3.5-4 oz of one type of veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, asparagus, onion, spinach, chard,
chicory, beet-greens, green salad, celery, fennel, red radishes, cabbage).
1 fruit of apple, or orange or 1/2 of grapefruit or 10 strawberries.
Melba rounds are optional. 1 Melba round toast is permitted

water , tea, coffee no sugar only stevia, lemon

What is not on the list is not allowed.
AGAIN : WHAT IS NOT ON THE LIST IS NOT ALLOWED. SODA IS NOT ON THE LIST, SALAD OF CUCUMBERS PLUS TOMATOES IS NOT ON THE LIST. EITHER CUCUMBERS, EITHER TOMATOES. AND GUM WITH SUGAR IS NOT ON THE LIST.

DINNER
SAME AS LUNCH


During VLCD  weigh yourself every single morning after using restroom.
Measure yourself once a week.
Follow instructions.
If stalled, drink Apple Cider Vinegar one tablespoon for 8 oz of water.
Use tea with herb SENA or any other SMOOTH MOVE tea that will help bowel movements
If cheated, have to be on diet minimum 23 days after cheating, to reset hypothalamus.
Be positive.

2.3 VLCD NO DROPS – 3 days no drops, but still 500 cal diet. It takes time for hCG to get out of your system.

3. MAINTENANCE  3 weeks
No sugar, no starch
Add each type of food gradually
WEIGHT DIFFERENCE SHOULD NOT GO DOWN OR UP MORE THAT 2 LB FROM LDW (last drop weight) So, the most important part in the maintenance is weighing yourself every single morning. Add food in moderation. Do not screw up.
If your weight is 2 lb more or less LDW (weight on the day of the last drop) you have to do steak day right away. The same day you see this difference you have to not to eat the whole day, just drink and at 6pm make yourself huge steak and eat it with one tomato.

4. LIFE – AFTER MAINTENANCE YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT, BUT WE ADVISE YOU TO EAT NATURAL FOOD AND AVOID OIL PLUS STARCH. 
AFTER 3 WEEKS ON LIFE YOU CAN DO SECOND ROUND OF HCG IF YOU NEED TO.
