"NEVER BE HUNGRY" DIET MENU DAY 3

NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS ( NEVER GO HUNGRY) DIET DAY 3



RULES : 1.NO SALT, SUGAR, STARCHES, SATURATED FAT, SODA, NOTHING FROM THE BOX OR CAN.


              2. DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO GO WITHOUT FOOD FOR SEVERAL HOURS, PREPARE THAT YOU WILL BE HUNGRY, GO TO THE GROCERY STORE, AND REMEMBER IF YOU ONLY STAY IN PRODUCE DEPARTMENT, YOU SAVE YOURSELF FROM PROBLEMS LATER ON!!!!


                Purchase a lot of apples and baby carrots and oranges or peaches, whatever you like and take it with you to work, or whatever you do, also water, so if you have snack and water, you are set!


              3. If you cheated, dont think that you are fat pig and now it is all ruined! do next day “cleansing day”: buy yourself 5-6 lb of apples and all day eat only apples, nothing else, it will get you back on track.

              4. if you eat the same time and the same food every day, your appetite goes down; this is just the rule.





MORNING


1.BEFORE BREAKFAST have a glass of water ( or two glasses) with one / half of lemon squeezed in it, if you have orange, then add orange.


( I do not recommend it to people who has pain in the stomach, contact your doctor before doing this)

2. omelet : three eggs blended with milk, just hint of salt ( or better spices) , pan slightly oiled with olive oil, heated, on the top: chopped spinach, tomatoes and green onion. cover the pan and cook on med slow until ready.

3 any fruits you want




MID LUNCH


APPLE OR ORANGE OR BOX OF STRAWBERRIES OR ANY FRUITS YOU LIKE,




LUNCH


1.GLASS OF WATER WITH LEMON OR PEACH OR ORANGE SLICES






2. SALAD: parsley ( two packs) cut small pieces, tomatoes, cut small pieces, chopped green onion, hint of mint, one whole lemon squeezed, two spoons of olive oil. eat as much as you want.


3. PIECE OF SALMON OR TUNA OR CHICKEN, OR 25 – 30 SHRIMP. ANY MEAT NEED TO BE COOKED ON GRILL WITHOUT BUTTER OR SAUCE. SHRIMP BOILED AND SQUEEZED LEMON OVER. facts are that sauces sometimes have more calories and preservatives than food!!!!


AFTER LUNCH ( BREAK IT DOWN ON AS MANY SERVINGS AS YOU WANT)


1. BABY CARROTS AS MANY AS YOU WANT, JUST CARRY THE BAG WITH YOU


2.. handful of nuts


3. box of straberries or pack of grapes


DINNER


GLASS OR TWO OF WATER WITH LEMON, PEACH, ORANGE OR any fruit you want, just make a pitcher, or put fruits right in your bottle

piece of chicken ( or halibut) spice up with garlic onion spices, put in the foil and inside of preheated 350 degrees stove.
when cooked, squeeze lemon on it


make yourself an orange juice by squeezing fresh oranges.

IF YOU GET VERY HUNGRY AT NIGHT GET READY WITH BABY CARROTS, CELERY OR WHATEVER VEGETABLES YOU LIKE.
do not eat fruits at night
