NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS DIET ( OR NEVER GO HUNGRY) DAY 1

THE VERY MAIN THING IN THIS DIET IS NEVER BE HUNGRY
IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE HUNGRY, DRINK A GLASS OF WATER AND THEN EAT AN APPLE, JUST CARRY APPLES AND CARROTS WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES.

NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS DAY 1 MENU

MORNING
1.BEFORE BREAKFAST have a glass of water ( or two glasses) with one / half  of lemon squeezed in it, if you have orange, then add orange.

( I do not recommend it to people who’s stomach is sick, contact your doctor before doing this) 

2. OMELET
a) cut tomatoes in cubes, add cut parsley, add cut green onion
b) take three eggs, blend it with a cup of milk, warm up the pan with a little bit of olive oil, throw omelet mix in the pan, add mix of tomatoes and parsley, close the pan tightly with cover, put on medium, let it steam

3. GLASS OF SOY MILK

MID LUNCH

APPLE OR ORANGE OR BOX OF STRAWBERRIES OR ANY FRUITS YOU LIKE

LUNCH
1.GLASS OF WATER WITH LEMON OR PEACH OR ORANGE SLICES

2. SALAD: CABBAGE AND SALAD LEAVES CHOPPED WITH CUCUMBER, TOMATOES, RADISHES, RED PEPPER, CARROTS, GREEN ONION, PARSLEY, AVOCADO, SQUEEZE LEMON, ADD A TABLE SPOON OF OLIVE OIL, SPRINKLE WITH SHREDDED CHEESE. EVERYTHING CHOPPED , SMALL PIECES, MAKE A LOT AND EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT.

AFTER LUNCH ( BREAK IT DOWN ON AS MANY SERVINGS AS YOU WANT)

1. BABY CARROTS AS MANY AS YOU WANT, JUST CARRY THE BAG WITH YOU
2. AN APPLE

3. AN ORANGE

DINNER

GLASS OR TWO OF WATER WITH LEMON, PEACH ORANGE OR WHATEVER

1.PIECE OF SALMON SPRINKLE WITH SPICES ( ONION MIX, OR PEPPER MIX, OR WHATEVER SPICES YOU LIKE) PUT IT IN THE FOIL, COVER IT BUT NOT WRAP, PUT INSIDE PREHEAT 350* OVEN. IN ABOUT 10 MIN UNWRAP IT AND LET IT STAY UNWRAPPED UNTIL COOKED ( ANOTHER 5 MIN)

2. BABY SPRING MIX ( ALL KIND OF  BABY LEAVES)  PUT ON THE PLATE, CUT ONE SMALL TOMATO, THROW ON THE TOP, ADD RAIZINES, ( OPTIONAL SUN DRIED TOMATOES) WALNUTS, BLUEBERRIES,  BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES, CUBES OF AVOCADO, SQUEEZE LEMON

HAVE GREEN TEA / BLACK TEA WITH LEMON
IF YOU GET VERY HUNGRY AT NIGHT GET READY WITH BABY CARROTS, CELERY OR WHATEVER VEGETABLES YOU LIKE.
