HOW TO MAKE YOURSELF TO DRINK MORE WATER

WHY WOULD WE NEED TO DRINK WATER? WHATS THE BIG DEAL?
You go to your nutritionist , they  need to drink water, you talk to gym trainer – drink water, doctor – drink water! I drink!  But …. Really … why?

Our bodies consist of water – almost 90 % OF IT!
So if we do not drink water we do not fill up our cells, they have no building materials.
They need to be constantly be hydrated. Otherwise your body reproduces cells and if there isnot enough water this process gets slower, or new cells lacking neccessary qualities to survive nad function. But becuase any cells are produced by old cells, if you did not hydrate ” mothers”, ” kids” would not be hydrated…

By weight, we are 65% water, 20% protein, 12% fats, and a few incidentals on top of that. By number of molecules, we are pretty much entirely water.

Of course there’s individual variation, but the bigger factor is exactly what you are counting and how – by molecule count, there’s less than 2% difference between a person and a glass of water!

So if you do not drink water, your cells shrink and you are getting sick!!!
