When you order your HCG drops, there are few things you need to prepare ( from my personal experience)
1. Electronic Scale for you ( It must be scale that can show you decimals)
2. Small kitchen Scale to weigh your meat
3. Measure tape ( measure your progress in inches or centimeters)
4. Calendar
5. Food journal
