Exercise Challenge



These are very old tapes with exercise routine created by Jaime Brenkus.
He is amazing and very fun, he is energetic and really knows what he is doing. I came across his exercises on youtube last year. On and off I had been doing it, and maybe at once it is not noticeable, but it takes about a month to see great results.
So try to follow this routine:

Morning :
1.elliptical / run 45 min
2.abs exercise 8 min
3.thigh exercise 8 min
4.stretch 8 min

Evening
1. elliptical / run 20 min
2. yoga / pilatis 30 min
