How to make face mask at home

It is very easy to make customized homemade mask to pamper your skin without visit to the spa.
1. You need to determine your skin type in order to know what ingredients to put into homemade mask.

2. In short – you need to find out if you have sensitive, dry, normal, oily or combination skin. It will determine what ingredients.
Sensitive Skin will benefit from calming natural ingredients like Chamomile, Milk, Cornflower.
Sensitive skin may benefit from cleansing with chamomile tea. Soak chamomile in hot water for 5 min, cool the water to warm, splash your face with it.
Oily Skin will be happy with calm, oil free products, and the main thing in caring for oily skin is pore cleaning to prevent pimples or inflammation.
Dry Skin needs moisturizing. Good moisturizer is the difference between dry skin and perfect skin. So, moisturize!
Normal skin needs a harmony of moisurizing and tonning. Its good to use yogurt, lemon, any fruits you don’t have allergic reaction to.
Combination skin is a skin that has some parts of face skin oily (T- zone) and some normal or dry. Combination skin need a combination of oil free and moisturizing ingredients.

Sensitive skin mask:
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado, 1 tbl spoon of honey, 2 tbl spoons of milk, one drop of lemon (orange, mandarin)
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, apply mask all over your face and neck, avoid eye area, leave for 15-20 min., rinse and aplly your favorite face cream.

Oily skin mask
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 cup of strawberries
Directions:
Blend ingredients together, apply it to your skin for 10 min and rinse.

Dry skin mask
Ingredients:
1 avocado, 1 yolk, 1 table spoon of cream, and warm milk for taking the mask off.
Directions:
Blend avocado, cream, yolk together. Apply on face and neck for 15-20 min., rinse with cotton pads soaked in warm milk.

Normal skin
Ingredients:
3 strawberries, 1 tea spoon of honey, yogurt.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, apply to face and neck, keep for 15 min and rinse with warm water.

Combination skin
Ingredients:
2 table spoons of white clay, 1 table spoon of cold bottled water, 1 egg white, 10-15 drops of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey
Directions:
Whisk egg whites. Blend water with clay and carefully add the rest of the ingredients. Apply on slightly wet skin layer by layer and keep for 10 – 15 min, not letting the mask to get too dry. Rinze with warm water.
