HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND STAY FIT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

THIS QUESTION REMAINS VERY IMPORTANT FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE, AND WE ALL LOVE TO HAVE A MAGICAL PILL.

And there is some magic available, but just because it is not a pill, I guess, a lot of people disregard it.
I will just tell you what works for me and what would I advice to a friend of mine. ( keep in mind that I am not your doctor)

so… lets get it started.

FIRST: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE IN 10 YEARS? 20 YEARS? Do you want to be a person who enjoys life, travels, looks good, wears what she/he wants, or do you want to get up with pain and look in a mirror and hate yourself?
 THIS OR THAT

If you decide that losing weight is too much work, your decision maybe the one that kills you.
there are a lot of complications connected to being fat.

■Cancer, including cancer of the uterus, cervix, ovaries, breast, colon, rectum and prostate

When you’re obese, your overall quality of life may be lower, too. You may not be able to get around or to perform normal daily activities as well as you’d like. You may have trouble participating in family activities. You may avoid public places. You may even encounter discrimination. “

ALTOGETHER : YOU MAY DIE!!!! Because of fat that you are caring around and the pressure is too much for your body, your heart, your legs, your arteries, so if you are fat you look older, you die earlier and overall you are suffering, your poor body cries:” please, do something, this fat is suffocating me!”

so… actually it is all up to you. You are there to choose, life or death. You decide, healthy or sick, you pick what you want, be pretty and healthy and active and energetic, or fat, depressed, sitting on the couch watching a show you don’t care about and eating pop corn or chips?

PLEASE, CHOOSE LIFE!!!!! CHOOSE  HEALTH!!! YOU CAN DO IT! ONLY YOU CAN DO IT FOR YOURSELF! so many people loosing weight and start living normal life everyday. You hear every day about someone who lost a lot of weight and now healthy and enjoys life, yes it took a little determination, but they did it, so can you! Choose life, and lets get to it.

SECOND:
if you get on the strict diet , there is a huge possibility that you will suffer for a little while and give in and feel guilty, but just cannot stand it anymore…
so…
Make a list of healthy things you like to eat.
For now all I want is list of your favorite fruits and vegetables
I like:
baby carrots,
red pepper
tomatoes
cabbage
lemon
peaches
pineapple
avocado
plum
apples
English cucumber
reddish
blueberries
strawberries
raspberries… and so on..  you got an idea.

THIRD
clean up your kitchen
soda, juices bread, chips, potatoes, pasta, ham, everything unhealthy should go bye bye. I do not care if yiur family loves it and wants it, these things are killing them. you are killing your family by giving them unhealthy stuff, or closing your eyes and looking another way…\

do your family a favor
CLEAN ALL UNHEALTHY STUFF!!!
I have a family too. and I told them that this is healthy and this is unhealthy and I dont want them to die early because the things that they ate in our house.

I do not want my daughter eat Partially hydrogenated oil or crushed bugs, or artificial coloring that is pure chemical, or sweetener that cause cancer, or anything that deforms cells in their body and will sit there until its triggered and create tumor, I do not want my family eat modified products because kids have no idea whats inside, we, adults, do, so if we will let them eat it, because all these engineers were working very hard to put all these sweeteners and coloring to be attractive to kids, so if I let my family to eat it, knowing that it is harmful, I will hurt them, knowingly, and later on, when they have health problems in their 30-40s, I would be the one to blaim, because I knew that it is dangerous, but did not say anything, and did not restrict them from unhealthy modified, hormonal, proccesed food.

so,.. please, do yourself and your family a favor, if you have anything in your hhouse that is in the box, throw it away, package – bye bye, milk that is so modified it says for 30 days or longer in the fridge? send it to garbage, please….

FORTH
SHOPPING
produce does not cost as much as food in boxes.
make a list of everything healthy everyone in your family likes.
stick to list. do not forget water.
buy multigrain bread that did not come from plant.
buy all kind of veggies and fruits, seafood, or lean chicken ( I do not eat meat, but if I cook for my family who does, I make sure to buy natural meat, non hormonal, non drugged) My family does not eat that much meat anymore, they no love shrimp and seafood, it took time, but it benefits all of us…

WE ARE IS WHAT WE EAT. IF YOU EAT UNHEALTHY AND PROCESSED FAT – YOUR SKIN BREAKS OUT. YOU WILL HAVE UGLY PIMPLES, BLACK DOTS, OILY FLAT HAIR, WILL BE FAT, AND WILL SMELL DISGUSTING, YOUR ENERGY WILL BE LOW AND YOU WILKL DRAG THROUGH LIFE. I AM NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
ALSO… YOU CAN BE SKINNY AND SICK!!! VERY SKINNY AND SICK IF YOU EAT UNHEALTHY SKINNY FOOD, LIKE DIET COKE ( CHEMICAL), DIET SHAKES ( ARTIFICIAL) , DIET WHATEVER….

SO… PLEASE EAT ONLY HEALTHY STUFF, AND EDUCATE YOUR FAMILY SO EVERYONE CAN LIVE A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE
