Rule #1 Drink more water.

You supposed to drink 1/2 of your weight in ounces. Example, lets say your weight is 150lb, 150:2=75 75 ounces of water a day.
Rule #2 Eat veggies, beans, lentils and lean meat/fish. Do not eat fruits, breads, pasta, potatoes, and anything else
Cut sugar. No sugar whatsoever for 30 days
Eat every three hours
