FOUR "S" YOU SHOULD AVOID TO SURVIVE

FIRST “S” – SALT

Salt – Sodium Chloride
Our bodies needs sodium to hold water in the blood vessels. Sodium also regulates water balance in all parts of the body. If too much water is held in the body, the amount of blood increases. If it increases too much, problems will arise.

The increase in blood makes the heart work harder. The result can be high blood pressure. Other conditions, such as diabetes, can cause high blood pressure. The most common cause is eating too much salt/sodium. When high blood pressure is not controlled, it can lead to a heart attack, stroke or kidney disease.
The norm for adults is 2,4g of sodium a day 1 teaspoon
1.0 tsp salt = 6.375 g Table salt is sodium chloride (NaCl).
The atomic weight of Sodium (Na) = 22.99
The atomic weight of Chlorine (Cl) = 35.45

Most of natural foods have sodium and we should not take any salt extra, but because it is a great snd cheap preservative, lots of packaged or fast foods have sodium.

Sodium overdose is bad for you because it will make your body to retain water. overload on water will overstress your internal organs and will raise blood pressure. You will feel it in arteries, it will cause migraine and lead to stroke. Too much water retained in your body will stress your kidney and your hear

Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich -1,690 mg

McDonald’s McNuggets (4) – 450 mg

McDonald’s Egg McMuffin – 860 mg

Sodium in McDonald’s Sausage Biscuit – 990 mg

McDonald’s Big Breakfast – 1,920 mg

McDonald’s Warm Cinnamon Roll – 600 mg

SECOND “S” – SUGAR

SUGAR is not a natural substance. Sugar is a product of manufacture created from sugar cane and other sugary beets. It is addictive proccessed substance that is pure sucrose, chemical substance that is not recognized by our bodies…C12H22O.

Sugar is damaging and addictive. It is everywhere and for some crazy reasons we feel it is food and it is ok to eat a little bit of chemical.

Sugar damages lots of areas of your body, mostly raises blood pressure.

Few things that sugar does:

Increases overgrowth of candida yeast organism

Increases chronic fatigue

Suppresses the immune system.

Upsets the mineral relationships in the body.

Can cause hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and crankiness in children.

Sugar can produce a significant rise in triglycerides.

Contributes to the reduction in defense against bacterial infection (infectious diseases).

Causes a loss of tissue elasticity and function, the more sugar you eat the more elasticity and function you loose.

Reduces high density lipoproteins.

Sugar leads to cancer of the ovaries.

Sugar interferes with absorption of calcium and magnesium.

Can weaken eyesight.

Sugar raises the level of a neurotransmitters: dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine.

Causes hypoglycemia.

Causes a rapid rise of adrenaline levels in children.

Can cause premature aging.

Sugar can lead to alcoholism.

And so on… arthritus, asthma, bad cholesterol, high blood pressure, varicose veins… It is dangearous addictive chemical that had been manufactured and used as a food supplement, when in fact it is more dangerous than medication… It is made the same way they make heroin.

That said if you think you eat healthy and you are still eating sugar… Well, not really. You are killing yourself.

THIRD “S” – STARCHES

Starches :

are also called complex carbohydrates. Oh yeah, very complex. Complex chains of sugar – is what starches are. Starches turn into sugar and raise blood pressure faster than sugar…

Grains (wheat, rice, barley, oats), potatoes, corn, and beans are all very starchy foods. Grains are made into bread, cereal and pasta, as well as crackers, biscuits, cookies, cakes, pie crust, and anything else made with flour.

Physicians have discovered that no chronic alcoholic going through “the cure” can invent more excuses for cheating than these starch drunkards. I am justified in calling these cravings an addiction, because carbohydrates (sugars and starches) are converted in the human body into a type of sugar which, in great quantities, gives the identical “lift,” or satisfaction, as that experienced by an alcoholic when he yields to his abnormal cravings. The sweet habit takes hold with almost as tenacious a grip as do certain drugs. Anything to achieve that temporary feeling of energy and buoyancy, no matter how costly the habit may be to the body in the long run. The nervous system of a person continually starch drunk can be undermined just as surely as that of a chronic alcoholic.

Easily put – starches take your health and beauty and youth away while you are getting adducted and crave for more!

Quit cold turkey!

FOURTH “S” – SODA

The average cola contains carbonated water, caramel color, natural flavors, caffeine, phosphoric acid and high-fructose corn syrup. Carbonated water is plain water infused with carbon dioxide, which creates the bubbles. Caramel color is a natural additive that tints food products, providing the familiar color consumers expect to see. Natural flavors are often of the citrus variety and added for taste. All of these are simple, harmless ingredients. Next is caffeine, a diuretic and stimulant known to be addictive. What’s left on the list of ingredients is what solidifies soda’s bad name: sugar. Phosphoric acid is a chemical that adds a tangy or sour flavor by breaking down starches into sugar.

final ingredient on our soda list: high-fructose corn syrup.

Cafeine – highly addictive ingredient which gives you instant rise of energy – plus… and leads to heart problems, miscarriages, higher blood pressure and causes your bones to lose calcium.

Carbonated water doe not have benefits but it is just pure water inriched with carbon dioxide, the waste product of our body… So our body gets rid of it, and we put it back with soda…

Phosphoric Acid – causes osteoporoses… Everyone knows it, it is an acid that burns your intenal organs and washes out calcium from your body. So you will loose calcium, and your bones will become weak!

High Fructose Corn Syrup – number one source of obesity.

A lot of research has found that consumption of soft drinks in high quantity, especially by children, is responsible for many health problems that include tooth decay, nutritional depletion, obesity, type-2 diabetes, and heart disease.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE DANGEROUS 4″S” FOODS is you want to be happy, young, healthy and fit!
