Throw away / give away&nbsp;following items: canned food, everything in the freezer, pasta, potatoes, bread, everything in the box- gone. Soda, drinks, juices, anything besides water -gone! Butter, ranch, sauces &#8211; any kind of sauces &#8211; bye bye!<br />What should stay &#8211; water, organic fruits and vegetables, 100% wheat bread.<br /><strong>Step two.</strong><br />Go shopping and buy organic fruits and vegetables and lean chicken meat ( has to be organic) or lean beef, has to be hormone and antibiotics free. Please, do not buy anything to drink except water, no soda, no juice, no zero calorie sports drink. We are not trying to cut calories here. All we are trying to do is to lose weight and get healthier, I would even do opposite-get healthier and lose weight. So do not kid yourself with &#8216;zero calorie&#8217; stuff, it is full of things you don&#8217;t want to know about&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Step three.</strong><br />Plan your meals. You should eat 5-6 times a day. Every 2-3 hours. First &#8211; make breakfast. Protein ( eggwhites, lean chicken ) &#8211; a half of your plate. Fruits and one whole wheat toast. Tea, water, make compote &#8211; a night before boil water, add fruits and add stevia. It will be very tasty natural drink with fruits. And no preservatives. Take vitamins. Snack has to be in two hours after breakfast. Apple, orange, strawberries&#8230; Your oldblife will try to get you back, but you will be srong, right? You can eat as much as you want, really, but can&#8217;t eat processed food, white carbs and animal fats. Olive oil &#8211; yes, butter &#8211; no. Huge salad with chicken, all kind of shreded and chopped veggies, greens and olive oil would be great example! Fries and coke will bring you to the grave, you have to know this. It kills you and you have to stop it and do it for yourself. So eat beef, chicken, seafood, fruits and vegetables, eat as much as you want. It is not a diet. Way of life. Make sure to snack between meals with orange, appe, strawberries, carrots, cucumber slices, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Step four.</strong><br />Start some kind of activity going on. Like walking? Start walking. Like dancing, start dancing, like running, jumping, playing tennis, swimming, anything? For 30min every single day. Every day, 30 min. Your favorite show lasts twice as much&#8230;<br />Thats it for now. Do this and you will see that you life changed.</p>

Of course fit is a part of healthy, but it is not a purpose, for example you may deprive yourself from food and eat very little and look skinny, and on the top of it exercise for about 30 min a day and look fit, but then unexpectedly for everyone you may get very sick and end up in a hospital because of what you consume in the daily basis.</span></div>

I already know that unless this is a fruit basket, there is nothing in this basket that might interest me. Do not take me wrong, i do eat desert or cake if I want to, but the one i would eat&nbsp; is made from scratch and has all natural ingredients and I only will eat a little bit. There is no reason not to enjoy life, you can still eat desert and enjoy it, but after eating healthy food for a while you will be able to taste chemicals. They do taste differently. And you would not be able to enjoy wip cream or too oily and too sweet deserts. You would not find them attractive anymore, I promise. So you still will like desert but it would be like fruit tart for exmple compare to chocolate creamy cake you used to like&#8230;</span></div>
<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">Anyway.. so they are passing this basket and of course there are so called healthy choices of granula bars&#8230; they are called granula bars and may even say natural and have a pretty picture, suggesting that it is natural or healthy, but when you read a label it will turn out that on 240 calories of this wonderful healthy snack there is 160 calories of fat and 11 g of saturated fat and 400 mg of sodium and 28 g of sugar! and it has partially hydrogenated oil&#8230; so&#8230; imagine 6 spoons of sugar &#8211; thats what inside&#8230;</span></div>

<p>There is so called Anti &#8211; cancer diet. Everyone who does research about cancer, or cancer nutritionist know that.<br />I am not exactly sure why they do not talk about this on TV, radio and such to raise awareness.<br />I do believe that we need better health system, but together with this, shouldn&#8217;t government use paid advertizing on TV and radio to tell americans how to save their lives???<br />If they have money to promote Census and show political debates and such, isnt it health much much more important for the whole nation and every single person? If you are sick, if you have cancer, would you really care about political debates or war on another continent? Would it make you upset knowing that people in cancer research, people in Food and Drug administrtaion knew what you should and shouldnt eat, knew that they use poison that cause cancer in boxed products, but did not feel like screaming &#8220;DANGER&#8221; on every corner?<br />Anyways..<br />I feel this is my responsibility to raise awareness about it. I know what to eat and what not to eat if you want to be safe and not to trigger cancer or combat cancer &nbsp;and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about it.</p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">FOOD YOU HAVE TO EAT TO SAVE YOUR LIFE</span></strong><br /><strong>1. apples</strong> ( pectin in apple skin helps to clean out intestines) every day at least one<br /><strong>2. broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, kale</strong> ( every day, it helps prevent and combat cancer, especially breast cancer, due to sulforaphane and indoles)<br /><strong>3. any kind of raw fruits and vegetables</strong> ( phytochemicals &#8211; fighting cancer, fiber)<br /><strong>4. spinach</strong> ( instead of iceberg lettuce) , garlic (unflammatory), salmon and tuna ( omega 3 fatty acids), olive oil <br /><strong>5. soybeans</strong> ( did you know that animals who were on high soy diet had less cancer than animals on regullar diet when cancer cells were injected? do you know that Japanese women have breast cancer rate of 8.6 per 100000 and americans &#8211; 21.2 per 100000? because of soy!!!)</p>
<p>so <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">if you want to make sure to minimize risk of cancer, and if we would believe countless researches, you can lower risk of cancer as much as 40% if eat everyday salad that has spinach, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, red bell pepper, raw nuts, olive oil, garlic and blueberries and drink one cup of soymilk or eat one cup of soybeans.</span></p>

IT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE HEALTHCARE IN THE WORLD, but QUALITY- 37th place&#8230;. <br />i moved from russia where healthcare is free and maybe not amazing quality but i had never waited in emergency room, ever. here even ambulance costs money. so if u are in danger you should look into &#8220;worth &#8211; not worth&#8221;??? pregnant women being transported to hospital by their husbands? regular antibiotic costs 100 dol? three hours on the hospital bed is 4700 dollars? why? was it some kind of special bed?..we used to it, but many countries donate their tax dollars to health care, we instead &#8211; to war and helping africa???<br />so what are we paying for? why? do you really think Obama will resolve the issue? <br />why everyone should get insurance to pay these crazy charges?<br />I think government should look into stabilizing prices for health care, looking into making them more standard,then pay about 60 % of it, and this way if someone wants to cover the rest with insurance, they may. I personally refuse to pay 4700 dol for 3 hours on hospital bed, and doctor 1000 on the top and x rays separate, and medication on the top. it is TOOO MUCH. But americans got used to it, looks like dont know any better&#8230;. sad&#8230; we all need to say it, all need to say that we dont want to get insured, I just paid 600 dol for family insurance., we want gorenment ti use our tax money to pay hospitals for their expenses.</p>

It is a way of life.<br />At some point you realize that whole foods make you happy, there is something inside them that brings you a good mood and happiness. <br />So I do eat fruits for breakfast, it could be cherries, apples, oranges, pineapple&#8230; I drink tea with lemon, it all make me feel great in the morning. And I take veggies with me to work, as well as couple of apples and couple of oranges. That will make sure that when I am hungry, I will chew an apple, an orange, a carrot, or something in this nature.</p>
<p>So why veggies? Because they have fiber that is not digestible by our bodies, and it grabs oils and has while going through our digestive system and takes it out . So think about cleaning your body from inside by eating salad, or apple, green vegetables&#8230;</p>
<p>If your goal is losing weight, I would limit calories to 1400 &#8211; 1600&nbsp; and use about 70 % of it on fruits and mostly green vegetables, the rest&nbsp;&#8211; piece of fish or any seafood would work. Nuts, if you do not like fish. For dressing I would use lemon and olive oil. You absolutely have to have protein and oils. So olive oil, or omega 3 that is in fish is necessary. I like salmon, tuna and shrimp.</p>
<p>You really do not need to exercise a lot if you eat right. You can have 30 min a day and look really good. I would spend 15 min on cardio and 15 min on strength training. Of course you can do more, but a lot of people blame weight gain on not having enough time, well you really need only 30 min a day!</p>
