so you can start today. just go to the grocery store and get all possible fruits they have in there. cut it up and add one spoon of honey. eat as much as you like.
It is not a diet but rather way of living. just have it in your fridge and eat when you are hungry after work instead of midnight snack or in the morning with yogurt. your mood will go up in no time, so as your energy.
Morning
I highly recommend to cut lemon in water and make lemon water and put it in the fridge and drink it in the morning, if you do not have time to make it fresh every morning.
I try not to drink cold water, I noticed that room temperature of water is much more pleasant for me, but i know most americans drink their water cold right from the fridge. so whatever works for you
get fruit salad and yogurt or cereal in the morning
Snack
apple, baby carrots, orange, any fruits or veggies will work
lunch
salad with only fresh veggies and piece of salmon or shrimp, or halibut or tuna, olive oil, lemon and salt / pepper – all you need! If very hungry – melba toast. it is natural

if very hungry – cook shrimp and eat them as many as you want, but no butter, just squeeze lemon on it and eat as many as you want
drink water every hour. i have 8 oz bottles from costco an dcarry and drink one every hour.
and now before dinner i drink two tblspoons of apple cider vinegar deluted in 8 oz of water.
