loose weight naturally, never be hungry part 4 ( menu)

NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS ( NEVER GO HUNGRY) DIET DAY 4

RULES :
1.NO SALT, SUGAR, STARCHES, SATURATED FAT, SODA, NOTHING FROM THE BOX OR CAN.
2. DO not let yourself to go hungry
Purchase a lot of apples and baby carrots and oranges or peaches, whatever you like and take it with you to work, or whatever you do, also water, so if you have snack and water, you are set!
3. If you cheated, dont think that you are fat pig and now it is all ruined! do next day “cleansing day”: buy yourself 5-6 lb of apples and all day eat only apples, nothing else, it will get you back on track.

4. if you eat the same time and the same food every day, your appetite goes down; this is just the rule.

MORNING

1.BEFORE BREAKFAST have a glass of water ( or two glasses) with one / half of lemon squeezed in it, if you have orange, then add orange.
( I do not recommend it to people who has pain in the stomach, contact your doctor before doing this)

2. hummus, salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, pepper, boiled eggs
3 soy milk

MID LUNCH
APPLE / ORANGE / BOX OF STRAWBERRIES OR ANY FRUITS YOU LIKE,

LUNCH
1.GLASS OF WATER WITH LEMON OR PEACH OR ORANGE SLICES
2. cabbage shredded, tomatoes and cucumbers cut in cubes, green onion, olive oil, hint of salt. Make a lot and eat as much as you want

3. marinate chicken in wine plus onion, spices for 12 hours, then cook it without marinade wrapped in foil in stove or grille

AFTER LUNCH ( BREAK IT DOWN ON AS MANY SERVINGS AS YOU WANT)

1. eat as many baby carrots as you want, you may carry the bag of carrots with you.
2. apple
3. box of straberries or pack of grapes

DINNER
GLASS OR TWO OF WATER WITH LEMON, PEACH, ORANGE OR any fruit you want, just make a pitcher, or put fruits right in your bottle
1. Cook 1 beet ( boil it in water, then take skin off and slice it), boil 2 eggs, cut in halfs, cook 10 shrimp, slice tomato on the top of baby greens, add olives, green beans. arrange in loue ( or salad) with greens first, then other veggies and shrimp on the top. eat with lemon juice and olive oil
Make yourself an orange juice by squeezing fresh oranges.

IF YOU GET VERY HUNGRY AT NIGHT GET READY WITH BABY CARROTS, CELERY OR WHATEVER VEGETABLES YOU LIKE.

Do not eat fruits at night, only vegetables.
