HEALTHY FOODS: the rule of 4 "s"

 Every single person wants long and healthy life. 
It is not a point who is skinnier, because anyone would live off cigarette and coffee diet and think this is great for them; but if we all just follow simple rules, life will be happier and healthier for everyone.
1. NO SODA diet, not diet, does not matter. NO SODA
2. NO SUGAR please watch for sugar, it is very easy. Look at the label. If serving has more than 5 g of sugar, you can’t have it. Can’t, I am sorry!
3. NO STARCHES    fat in your body is not build by fat you are consuming. It is a combination of starches and fats, starches and sugar, starches and protein. So if you want to lessen you cholesterol, you have to eat less starches… Surprise!
4. NO SALT Sodium kills us slowly. You are allowed only one teaspoon of salt a day. One tea spoon equals 5 grams. If you are consuming more than 5 grams – you are killing yourself. 
THIS IS MY 4 “S” YOU CAN’T CONSUME
And if it looks easy, think about it, any juice you buy at the store is 20-30 grams of sugar per serving…. Cereal that had been in the amazing refining manufacture and has 150 ingredients in it – 20 grams of sugar per serving. Your favorite soup from the can that looks like soup and even tastes like soup – 17 grams of sodium. So you cannot have it as well!
And you will read all these labels and ask me,  what can I eat? 
Apple, orange, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, strawberries, lettuce, cabbage, chicken breast, broccoli, fish, in fact, any seafood that had been grilled, boiled, broiled, baked or steamed, beef, lamb, veal, soy milk, almond milk, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, spices etc. There are a lot of foods you can eat, but just say no to these 4 “s” and there is no counting calories, getting on diet, no worries about heart attack, no worries about digestion, vitamins, just NO WORRIES… 
Of course it would be easier if you first lose all extra weight and then follow this plan, but if not, it will slowly fall off you and you will have a life long journey to health and happiness. Amin
