Food That Fight Cancer: IMPORTANT:READ!

There is so called Anti – cancer diet. Everyone who does research about cancer, or cancer nutritionist know that.
I am not exactly sure why they do not talk about this on TV, radio and such to raise awareness.
I do believe that we need better health system, but together with this, shouldn’t government use paid advertizing on TV and radio to tell americans how to save their lives???
If they have money to promote Census and show political debates and such, isnt it health much much more important for the whole nation and every single person? If you are sick, if you have cancer, would you really care about political debates or war on another continent? Would it make you upset knowing that people in cancer research, people in Food and Drug administrtaion knew what you should and shouldnt eat, knew that they use poison that cause cancer in boxed products, but did not feel like screaming “DANGER” on every corner?
Anyways..
I feel this is my responsibility to raise awareness about it. I know what to eat and what not to eat if you want to be safe and not to trigger cancer or combat cancer  and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about it.

FOOD YOU HAVE TO EAT TO SAVE YOUR LIFE
1. apples ( pectin in apple skin helps to clean out intestines) every day at least one
2. broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, kale ( every day, it helps prevent and combat cancer, especially breast cancer, due to sulforaphane and indoles)
3. any kind of raw fruits and vegetables ( phytochemicals – fighting cancer, fiber)
4. spinach ( instead of iceberg lettuce) , garlic (unflammatory), salmon and tuna ( omega 3 fatty acids), olive oil
5. soybeans ( did you know that animals who were on high soy diet had less cancer than animals on regullar diet when cancer cells were injected? do you know that Japanese women have breast cancer rate of 8.6 per 100000 and americans – 21.2 per 100000? because of soy!!!)

so if you want to make sure to minimize risk of cancer, and if we would believe countless researches, you can lower risk of cancer as much as 40% if eat everyday salad that has spinach, cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, red bell pepper, raw nuts, olive oil, garlic and blueberries and drink one cup of soymilk or eat one cup of soybeans.
